Owners Happy Hour

The Social Subcommittee invites Palmetto Dunes property owners to Happy Hour at XO Sports and Spirits Bar at the Omni on Saturday, February 17 from 5-7pm. Owners will be responsible for food and drink purchases. No RSVP is needed.

Sharper Edges: Knife Sharpening Event

Registration is limited to 25 participants

Tom Stevens with Sharper Edges will be in the PDPOA Admin Office to sharpen your knives, scissors, and clippers! This first event is limited to 25 participants-RSVP is required. There is a maximum of 5 items per RSVP, with a minimum of 3 items, scissors can be additional to the 5 items.  Items can be dropped off 8:30-11:30am; Tom will text or call you when your items are complete and you will return to pick them up later the same day.

Painting on Glass with Kathy Oda

From experienced painters to true beginners, Kathy from the Art League of Hilton Head will guide your painting. Each person will paint them and then the instructor takes them home to her studio and fires them in her kiln, fusing pieces together to form one plate, and preserving the artwork in the middle so that plates are functional and microwave/dishwasher safe.
All supplies and refreshments provided.

Food/Needs Drive for Deep Well Project!

Deep Well has been providing food and basic hygiene needs for families in Hilton Head for many years. After the Holidays their supplies run low, so they are very excited for Palmetto Dunes to help restock their shelves!

Intro to Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun team sport played with a paddle and a perforated plastic ball similar to a wiffle ball. It is a great game for all ages and skill levels. Come learn how to play with your friends and neighbors this spring!

Butterflies of the Lowcountry

Come learn about native butterflies found in the Low country, their life cycle, and specific host plants. Take a closer look at all four stages of their life cycle (egg, larvae, chrysalis, and adult butterfly) and their unique survival adaptations. Discover how simple it is to create your own butterfly garden and what you need to know to increase butterfly numbers in the wild. Registration fee: $10/per person.

Farmers Market with Carolina Seafood & Produce

Come out for PD’s First Farmers Market in the parking lot of the Administration Building at 16 Queens Folly Rd. Host Josh Parlagreco will have: grouper, red snapper, honey, shrimp, local jams, local seasonings, cocktail sauce, vegetables, fruit and more!

Sunset Cruise

Join friends and neighbors for a relaxing evening on a private sunset cruise aboard The Ohana out of Shelter Cove Marina! You can expect to see all sorts of local wildlife including Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and various seabirds flying overhead as we cruise past private plantations, marshes, coastal homes, and more.This event is BYOB. Registration fee: $50/per person.
