ATTORNEYS/REALTORS

REALTOR ENTRY

Real Estate agents must show their valid South Carolina real estate license or current Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors card and they will be given a one-day hang tag for entry. These can be picked at the Pass Office or directly at the gate.

The agent’s client may follow him/her in, but the real estate agent must be accompanying the client. Agents cannot distribute a hang tag to a client to view a property without the agent present.

CLOSING INSPECTIONS

The Association performs property inspections when we receive a Real Estate Closing Request. However, we believe it would be beneficial to both buyers and sellers if we were able to provide this information earlier. If your home is currently for sale, or if you plan to list it in the future, we encourage you to contact us for a courtesy property inspection. The report serves to notify both the current owner and prospective/pending owner of any existing covenant violations.

All closing inspection requests or closing questions can be directed to Matt Nemes at mnemes@pdpoa.org.
