  • The PDPOA is a private community whose roads, bridges, dedicated common areas, open spaces, leisure paths, and beach access areas are owned or maintained by the PDPOA. Greenwood Communities & Resorts holds title to the commercial amenities such as golf, tennis, restaurants, and other facilities.
  • The PDPOA is responsible for the maintenance of security, issuance and control of identification stickers and passes for vehicles, and the maintenance and control of all existing and future traffic control signs and lights. The PDPOA also manages 21 miles of roads within the community.
  • Operation of the PDPOA is vested in a Board of Directors consisting of property owner members who serve without compensation and are elected by the membership of the Association.
