ADMINISTRATION

Oversees day-to-day operations of the Association and serves as the Board liaison.

Manages the PDPOA website, Tidings newsletter, and Palmetto Perspective, while managing social media, coordinating Palmetto Dunes Cares initiatives, and organizing community events and meetings.

Ensuring smooth coordination for exterior property projects, this role oversees approvals and compliance for renovations, new construction, roofing, painting, pools, dumpsters, and tree-related work, ensuring community guidelines are upheld.

Supports property owners by managing the front lobby, coordinating events, managing owner discounts and member logins, scheduling conference room use, overseeing mailbox orders and repairs, and addressing general inquiries about the PDPOA.

Accounts receivable (rental passes, commercial assessments, residential assessments, transportation fee, and private citations), and accounts payable.
