Register Your Short-Term Rental

Short-term rental properties (renting of any property of less than 90 continuous days for monetary or other consideration) must first be registered with the association. Click here to register your short-term rental property.

All information provided during the registration process will remain confidential and is exclusively used to help our staff contact you and/or your designated property manager in the event of an emergency or when other issues may arise that require your assistance. Please note that you will need your property owner PIN number to complete the registration.

This site is for the exclusive use of registering properties located within Palmetto Dunes. Registration through this site is not required or permitted for properties located in Shelter Cove and Leamington.
