Nominating Committee Candidates Announced
The Nominating Committee has selected five candidates to fill three seats for the PDPOA Board of Directors:
- Dominic Colapietro, 44 Fazio Villas
- Mary Ellen Prentis, 5 Catboat
- Dan Regenold, 3 Junket
- Lutz Schremmer, 10 Promontory
- Miles Snowden, 4 Armada

Following last year’s bylaw amendment, the Nominating Committee is now authorized to nominate at least one qualified candidate for each Board directorship to be filled, allowing Members to vote from among multiple candidates. This year, there are three Board positions to be filled.
Voting instructions for the Election of Directors will be mailed out in late August and owners will be able to vote by paper ballot or online. Election of Directors voting will be open from September 1st through September 30. Voting for candidates will be confidential and handled by a third-party vendor, Vote-Now. The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on October 17 at the Omni Resort.
