Voting instructions were mailed to property owners who are not signed up for electronic delivery in late August. All owners were emailed electronic ballots on September 1. Owners may cast their vote either by paper ballot or online. All voting is confidential and is administered by Vote-Now, an independent third-party election vendor.

Election results will be announced at the PDPOA Annual Meeting on October 17 at the Omni Resort.
