We want to welcome your guests into our community! Please help us by sharing our “Welcome to Palmetto Dunes” video and “Community Safety Standards” flyer with all of your guests.
Here are some of the ways you can help inform your guests of Palmetto Dunes’ rules:
- Display “Community Safety Standards” flyer in all of your properties
- Include the “Welcome to Palmetto Dunes” video on your app
- Include a link to “Welcome to Palmetto Dunes” video in your guest email 3-4 days prior to visit
- Include a link to “Welcome to Palmetto Dunes” video in final payment emails
- Include a PDPOA-provided “Welcome to Palmetto Dunes” rack card when mailing out guest passes
- You can also encourage visitors to review the Guests portion of our website, as well as the rules displayed on the back of their guest pass.
When guests are aware of the expectations they will enjoy the vacation experience and keep coming back for years to come!
