Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association (PDPOA) invites your company to join our Green Energy Program for 2026. This initiative helps you transition to battery-powered backpack leaf blowers, reduce noise, and support a cleaner environment. By participating, you’ll gain exclusive benefits and recognition as a sustainability leader in our community.

Benefits of the Green Energy Program

• Receive up to three Green Energy decals for your vehicles (based on availability).
• Green decals replace the standard Palmetto Dunes 2026 contractor access decal at no fee (valid through January 2027) if used only on vehicles with only battery-powered leaf blowers.
• Enjoy pro-rated reimbursement if you switch mid-year (based on availability).

Requirements

• Use only battery-powered backpack leaf blowers when servicing Palmetto Dunes and Leamington properties.
• Display the Green Energy Decal and Battery Powered Leaf Blowers Only placard on your vehicles for easy identification when in Palmetto Dunes and Leamington.
