LEAMINGTON GATE ACCESS FOR PALMETTO DUNES PROPERTY OWNERS

Palmetto Dunes Property Owners can access the Leamington Residential Community (single-family home area) with the following requirements (renters are specifically excluded):

The Leamington Ocean Lane and Highway 278 Gates are staffed seven days per week, from 6 am to 6 pm.

Vehicles with a Palmetto Dunes Property Owner Decal or Owner Pass
Palmetto Dunes Property Owners in possession of a valid Palmetto Dunes Property Owner Decal or Owner Pass can drive into Leamington (via the Ocean Lane Gate) anytime the gate is staffed. Outside of these hours, entry is only allowed with a valid Leamington Visitor Pass.

Vehicles with a Leamington Visitor Pass
Vehicles with a valid Leamington Visitor Pass can enter the Ocean Lane or Highway 278 Gates 24 hours per day. When the gate is not staffed, the QR Code on the Leamington Visitor Pass can be scanned at either gate to gain entry.

Bicycle Entry
Palmetto Dunes Property Owners who wish to bike into Leamington must possess a valid Leamington Bike Tag and a bike gate code. If entering Leamington via bike, cyclists must do so through the Ocean Lane or Heath Court West Bike Gates. Exiting the community via bike is permitted through Ocean Lane, Heath Court West, and Hwy. 278 Gates. Bike entry is not permitted via the Hwy. 278 Bike Gate. Same as above, with the exception of a bike tag.

Leamington Lighthouse Hours
Please note that the Leamington Lighthouse hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
