St Andrews Common

St Andrews will be installing a traffic control arm at the entrance to the neighborhood. Working with PDPOA Security, a plan has been developed to reduce access to the community by cars without a PDPOA Pass.  The gate arm is scheduled to be installed late Spring.

St Andrews Common has recently implemented a leading-edge software package, the-Physical Asset Schedule (PAS), under the guidance of our Treasurer- Peggy Berry.  This software package assigns a value to every physical asset that is associated with SAC. All asset values are entered into an integrated computer model and can easily be adjusted to reflect real-time market estimates.

There is legislation being considered requiring HOAs to conduct a study evaluating and documenting assets. A Physical Asset Schedule ensures that an HOA has sufficient funding to meet all future needs. A professional reserve specialty company will be used to provide directional guidance and an in-depth analysis of our assets and associated reserve funding plan.

This plan was implemented by SAC to be financially prepared for all future contingencies.
