Hickory Cove

The Hickory Cove Board has been engaged in long-term projects to address life cycle maintenance of the townhomes and community amenities. In 2023 the pool deck was resurfaced, and roofs were replaced over 2023-24.  Ground level decks and lower-level siding were repaired or replaced as needed due to wood rot.  Second floor balconies are currently under a repair and replacement project.  Tree trimming frequency has increased from every two or three years to every year to keep the grounds safe and promote tree health

An audit of the irrigation system has been conducted to identify maintenance needs.  In 2025, the irrigation system will undergo an update and revision to ensure all elements are in proper working order and water is being delivered to the appropriate plants.
