Queens Way Bridge Maintenance & Temporary Lagoon Adjustments

We would like to inform you that our neighbor and community partner, Leamington POA, will be conducting maintenance work on the Queens Way Bridge. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 31, and is expected to take approximately four to six weeks to complete.

As part of this work, the lagoon will need to be periodically lowered to provide the necessary clearance and access for the contractor. During this period, the lagoon will be lowered each Monday and restored to its normal level each Friday. We advise residents with boats or watercraft tied to docks to allow some slack in their lines to accommodate these temporary changes in water levels.

The PDPOA will be coordinating with Leamington’s management team to stay updated on the project timeline and will ensure clear and timely communication with all PDPOA residents regarding the lagoon and the maintenance work.
