Proactive Covenant Compliance Suspended

While finalizing a long-range Strategic Plan in 2017, proactive covenant compliance was identified and supported as a top priority. In 2018, proactive covenant compliance was implemented in the community. Since then, the Association’s Covenant Compliance Representative has been conducting baseline and closing inspections on single-family homes with the goal of addressing compliance matters in a timely manner.

Currently, the Board of Directors is reassessing the organization’s structure. As part of this process, the Board has suspended proactive covenant compliance. This means that the position of Covenant Compliance Representative will remain unfilled, and no baseline or closing inspections will take place at this time. If you come across a property in our community that is not in compliance with the covenants, please reach out to the administration office for further assistance.
