Palmetto Dunes Owners Can Now Enjoy The Villages Playground

We’re excited to share a new amenity available to Palmetto Dunes property owners! Beginning October 1, Palmetto Dunes owners and their families can enjoy the playground at The Villages at Palmetto Dunes as part of a new shared-use program.

The program will run from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, giving owners access to the playground during a six-month trial period. It’s a great opportunity for families with young children or grandchildren to get outside, play and enjoy another fun spot right here in the community.

During the trial period, PDPOA will monitor participation and gather feedback from owners to help evaluate the program and determine its value to the community moving forward.

Please note: Playground access is a benefit for Palmetto Dunes property owners and their families only. The access code should not be shared with renters or other non-property owners.

Ready to visit the playground? Property owners can request the access code by contacting Lena Murray at [email protected] or 843-785-1109.
