New ARB Guidelines-Effective 1/1/2026
At its December 16th meeting, the PDPOA Board approved new ARB Standards & Guidelines, Design & Construction Process and Procedure; and Construction & Maintenance Rules as well as a tiered structure and associated fees for required applications and permits. The Board would like to thank all of those in the community who contributed to the project. Participation ranged from those who initially urged the Board to review our existing standards, processes, and fees, to those who actively worked with our consultant to critically examine and reimagine our approach, and finally to those who took the time to provide constructive feedback during the November feedback period. The feedback resulted in numerous changes across all of the documents including the removal of several standards, the relaxing of some, and finally, clarification of others that were substantively unchanged. Today we are sharing the approved documents as well as a summary of the feedback received and the response to the feedback.
