Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project Update

The Mooring Buoy Phase 2 Project is now substantially complete which includes a new asphalt roadway, concrete leisure pathway and stormwater infrastructure. Contractors and other involved stakeholders have worked diligently to ensure that the project meets the community’s expectations and safety standards. The remaining scope of work includes common area irrigation/landscaping, homeowner property mitigation, signage and mailboxes.

Our landscaping team is currently installing the irrigation system, which will maintain the new and improved green spaces throughout the Mooring Buoy corridor. We recognize construction of this magnitude can have an impact on individual properties. We will be working to restore any affected areas in the coming weeks.  Thank you for your patience.
