Leamington Access for Palmetto Dunes Property Owners

Palmetto Dunes Property Owners can access the Leamington Residential Community (single-family home area) with the following requirements (renters are specifically excluded):

Vehicles with a Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Decal or Owner Pass:

  1. Must use the Ocean Lane Gate.
  2. Can only enter when the gate is staffed. Currently, the hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am to 7 pm.
  3. Must be able to reasonably establish their identify (ID, PIN, etc.)
  4. When the gate is not staffed, the property owner must obtain a Leamington Visitor Pass from a Leamington property owner.

Vehicles with a Leamington Visitor Pass

  1. Can use the Hwy. 278 or Ocean Lane Gate when it is staffed.
    1. The Hwy 278 Gate is staffed Monday-Sunday, 9 am to 9 pm.
    2. The Ocean Lane Gate is staffed Monday-Friday, 7 am to 7 pm.
  2. Entry outside of the staffed hours can be made by scanning the QR Code (located on the Visitor Pass) at the Ocean Lane Gate, Hwy. 278 Gate, and South Shore Gate.
  3. Visitor Passes can be obtained from the Pass Office, located at 16 Queens Folly Road, or by visiting the Hwy. 278 Gate Monday-Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm.

Bicycles

  1. Can enter and exit via Ocean Lane Bike/Pedestrian Gate.
  2. Can enter and exit via Heath Court West Gate.
  3. Can EXIT Only via the Hwy. 278 Bike/Pedestrian Gate. Entry is not permitted from Hwy. 278.
  4. Must be in possession of a Leamington Bike Tag AND
  5. Must be in possession of the Bike/Pedestrian Gate Access Code

The Bike/Pedestrian Gate Code can be obtained by contacting IMC Resort Services at 2 Corpus Christi Place, #302, or by calling 843-785-4775. Bike Tags can be obtained by visiting IMC Resort Services at the above address. Owners must complete an application and provide verification of residency.

Walking
Same as above, with the exception of a bike tag.
