Full Sweep, Yard Arm, and Top Side Roads – September & October 2025

Beginning the week of September 8, 2025, Palmetto Dunes will be conducting important infrastructure improvements to ensure the long-term safety and quality of our roads and drainage systems.

Construction Schedule
• September 8–12 – Drainage Pipe Replacement on Full Sweep Road. Portions of the road will be closed with detours in place. Please follow signage and allow extra travel time.
• September 15–19 – Full Sweep Bridge Deck Repairs. One lane of traffic will remain open, but brief delays should be expected.
• September 22–October 1 – Road Resurfacing (Full Sweep, Yard Arm, and Top Side). Expect rolling lane closures, traffic control, and short delays.

Safety Notes
• Pedestrians should avoid walking in active construction zones.
• Traffic control and detour signage will be posted throughout the project.
• PDPOA staff and contractors will work to minimize disruptions while prioritizing safety.
