Holiday Community Reminders

As the holiday season commences, preparations begin for the gathering of family and friends in celebration. To help everyone enjoy this holiday season, please review these simple reminders:

As friends and family come to visit, please remember that parking on lawns, landscaping or pine straw is not allowed.
Decorating for the holidays is encouraged, but please be sure to take down all decorations within a reasonable timeframe after the holidays.
When hanging your Christmas lights, please be mindful of any lighting that may affect your neighbors.
As we celebrate, please be sure to keep the music down to a respectful volume.
As we ring in the new year, please remember that fireworks are not allowed within the community.
Residential refuse and recycling containers shall not be placed at the curb and must always remain in the service yards. Refuse removal service providers will remove and dispose of refuse and recycling material on a scheduled basis.
