This Earth Day, the Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association is making it easier than ever to go green — and rewarding you for it!
From March 1 through April 22 (Earth Day), owners who sign up to receive electronic communications from the Association will automatically be entered to win a 2-night stay at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa in Palmetto Dunes.
It’s a simple way to reduce paper waste, receive information faster, and enjoy a chance at a relaxing beachfront escape.
Why Go Electronic?
Save time, money, and paper by signing up for electronic communications.
When you opt in:
- Association notices, invoices, and other documents will be delivered via email instead of U.S. mail — meaning you receive communications in a more timely manner.
- You will receive Election of Directors voting materials electronically and be able to vote online rather than receiving a printed packet and paper ballot.
- The Annual Meeting packet and proxy card will be sent electronically.
- The Perspective newsletter will be emailed directly to you.
- Any additional Association communications and documentation will be delivered via email.
Choosing electronic delivery helps reduce paper consumption and mailing resources while ensuring you stay informed quickly and conveniently.
How to Enter
Simply sign up to receive electronic communications anytime between March 1 and April 22. Once enrolled, you’ll automatically be entered into the drawing for the 2-night stay at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa in Palmetto Dunes.

Join Us for Earth Day – April 22
While you’re going green, mark your calendar for our Earth Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Owners are invited to join us for a celebration that’s bigger and better than ever. The day will include:
- A community clean-up
- Luncheon
- Special presentation
- Educational booths and demonstrations
- Raffle prize giveaways from local businesses

Green After Hours
The celebration continues from 4 to 7 p.m. at Top Dawg Tavern for Green After Hours. Enjoy beautiful marina views, a full buffet, and two drinks (cocktail, beer, wine, or soda) for $30 per person.
