Annual Meeting & Election: Your Participation Is Important

As we prepare for the 2026 PDPOA Annual Meeting, we are asking all property owners to take two important actions: submit your proxy card and cast your vote in the Election of Directors.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 17, at the Omni Resort, with options to participate either in person or remotely. Registration and a continental breakfast will be available from 7:45–9:00 a.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. To register for either option, visit pdpoa.org/annualmeeting.

Please Submit Your Proxy — Even If You Plan to Attend

Annual Meeting packets and proxy cards were mailed and emailed to owners in mid-August. We strongly encourage every property owner to complete and submit their proxy card as soon as possible, even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person.

Each property is allowed one proxy, and submitting your proxy helps PDPOA meet the quorum requirements necessary for the Annual Meeting to proceed. If you attend the meeting and wish to change your proxy, it may be rescinded either in person or online on the day of the meeting.

Don’t Forget to Vote in the Election of Directors

Voting for the 2026 PDPOA Election of Directors is open September 1–30.

Electronic ballots were emailed to owners on September 1, and voting instructions were mailed in late August to property owners who are not signed up for electronic delivery. Owners may vote either by paper ballot or online. All voting is confidential and administered by Vote-Now, an independent third-party election vendor.

Please take a few minutes to cast your vote by September 30. You can learn more about the candidates, including their bios and candidate videos, at pdpoa.org/election. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on October 17.

Need Your Proxy or Election Ballot Resent?

If you did not receive your proxy card or Election of Directors ballot, or need either one resent, please email Elizabeth Simpson at [email protected].

Your participation matters. Please submit your proxy, cast your vote and help ensure your property is represented.
