A Message from the Board

The Board would like to extend its gratitude to the owners who participated in the Board Town Hall Meeting held on Saturday, June 22, as well as those who viewed the meeting recording. Your valuable feedback has played a crucial role in our decision-making process.

During the meeting, we presented the idea of introducing a management agent and sought input from both employees and owners through various channels including phone calls, personal emails, and comments submitted to [email protected]. Based on your feedback, the Board has decided to discontinue further discussions on this matter. Consequently, the scheduled meeting on July 11 has been canceled, and there will be no submission of a bylaw amendment related to the addition of a management agent.

Additionally, we will share the consultant report with the community once it has received approval from our legal counsel.

Looking ahead, starting July 1, the Board will initiate the search for a new CEO/General Manager to replace Andrew Schumacher’s position. Two board members will be actively involved in this search process, and we will keep you informed of our progress.
