Realtor Entry
Real Estate agents must show their valid South Carolina real estate license or current Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors card and they will be given a one-day hang tag for entry. These can be picked up these up at the Pass Office or directly at the gate.
The agent’s client may follow him/her in, but the real estate agent must be accompany the client. Agents cannot distribute a hang tag to a client to view a property without the agent present.
