A More Proactive Approach to Our Community Infrastructure

PDPOA Property Operations is implementing an Infrastructure Management Program to bring a more organized, intentional, and proactive approach to caring for the infrastructure throughout Palmetto Dunes.

The program focuses on six major asset areas: Roads, Leisure Paths, Beach Accesses, Bridges, Stormwater, and the Lagoon System.

You will begin to see this approach in action through several upcoming infrastructure projects, including improvements at Rum Row, Mooring Buoy, and Haul Away.

Some of these projects will involve construction that may temporarily affect nearby property owners. We are committed to communicating early, providing regular updates, setting realistic expectations, and explaining not only what we are doing but also why the work matters.

As each project advances toward construction, affected owners will receive additional information on anticipated schedules, access, traffic, noise, lagoon impacts, and other considerations.
