Ask the Staff

To enhance transparency and build relationships, Palmetto Dunes POA will begin hosting an “Ask the Staff” event.  The “Ask the Staff” event is designed to bridge the gap between HOA members and the management team. By putting faces to names, it helps clarify the roles and responsibilities of HOA staff. This event also offers an opportunity for Owners to connect with the management team and to share feedback and engage in collaborative dialogue.

  • The event will begin with brief introductions from key staff members, who will touch on a key point or hot button item in their department.
  • Residents will be invited to ask questions, voice concerns, and seek clarification on HOA policies and procedures. Common topics, for example, can include landscaping, safety and security, maintenance and administrative.

Our hope is that the “Ask the Staff” event exemplifies how proactive communication can enhance the POA experience for both residents and staff.
