ARB Guidelines & Standards—Owner Open Forums

Each scheduled forum will:

  • Share the Board’s direction for the comprehensive re-write of the ARB Guidelines & Standards.
  • Explain how the new Guidelines & Standards, Contractor Rules, and Process Documents work together.
  • Highlight major changes (including the tier chart) and how they affect owners, contractors, and project timelines.
  • Demonstrate the new AI assistant (“Emily”) for faster answers to common ARB questions.
  • Answer owner questions.

Forum Schedule

  • In-person #1: Wednesday, November 12, 10-11am, PDPOA Admin Office, 16 Queens Folly Rd.
  • In-person #2: Wednesday, November 12, 2-3pm, PDPOA Admin Office, 16 Queens Folly Rd.
  • Zoom Only: Friday, November 14, 2-3pm

One question per registrant is required at signup. Time permitting, additional questions may be taken live. Please register below.
