Eat, Drink & Be Generous: A Fundraising Event for Palmetto Dunes Cares

Published September 1, 2019

Palmetto Dunes Cares’ volunteers have been busy planning their inaugural social fundraising event – “Eat, Drink & Be Generous.”

It will be a wonderful evening to meet your neighbors, enjoy great food and music, and help raise money for Palmetto Dunes Cares’ charitable foundation.

The event will be held on Thursday, October 24 from 6-9pm at Big Jim’s. Tickets are $35 and include a barbeque dinner with all the fixins (vegetarian option also available), soda and tea. A cash bar will be available.

In addition to great food and music, there will be a Putting Contest (5-6pm) led by Palmetto Dunes Golf Professional Doug Weaver, a Cork Pull (everyone who participates goes home with a bottle of wine!), 50/50 Raffle, and Silent Auction.

Tickets can be purchased at palmettodunescares.org. Only a limited number of tickets are available, so buy yours today!  If you would like to volunteer to help with the event or donate to the event, please email info@palmettodunescares.org.
