Short-Term Rental Registration: Must be completed by April 30

Important

Short-Term Rental registration is now open. Palmetto Dunes property owners who rent their property on the short-term rental market are required to register their property with the association by April 30, 2022. Only property owners who rent their property as a short-term rental (less than 90 continuous days) need to register. Registration is required every year.

Only properties located within Palmetto Dunes need to register. Registration is not required or permitted for properties located in Shelter Cove or Leamington.

All information provided during the registration process will remain confidential and is exclusively used to help our staff contact you and/or your designated property manager in the event of an emergency or when other issues may arise that require your assistance.

Once we have received and reviewed your registration, you will be notified via email of the application status. While this process should not take long, we kindly ask that you allow 5 business days for our team to review your registration and respond.

Important registration notes:

  • Unless you have registered after April 1, 2022, you need to create a new account. This is a new system.
  • You will need your property owner PIN number to complete the registration.
  • When registering, the community code is PDPOA.
  • If your property has a unit number, register with the unit number, not the street address. Example: use 123 Ocean Cove, not 25 Ocean Lane #123.

If you do not receive an approval or rejection email, please check your junk mail folder. If a rejection is received, you can login and edit your rentals. You do not have to start over again.
