Proposed Bylaw Amendments

In 2022, five member-proposed bylaw amendments that were presented to the owners for their consideration at the Annual Meeting were not approved. At that time, the amendments as written were not supported by the Board. However, the Board believed that several of the proposed amendments had merit and agreed to revisit them. With support from legal counsel, six new bylaw amendments were drafted for Board consideration.

At July’s special board meeting, the board unanimously endorsed six bylaw amendments for member consideration. The proposed bylaw amendments will be presented to the membership at this year’s Annual Meeting in October for a member vote. Click here to read the proposed bylaw amendments.
