Election of Directors

At last year’s Annual Meeting, a Bylaw Amendment was approved that allows for the election of directors prior to and separate from the Annual Meeting.  An election package with instructions on how to vote was mailed to all owners in late August. Owners can vote one of three ways: paper ballot, electronic, or via phone. Once cast, your vote may not be changed or withdrawn. The election period is now open through September 30th.

The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting if there is no tie. In the event of a tie, a run-off to decide the tie vote shall be conducted at the Annual Meeting by a ballot vote of the members present in person or by proxy, with the results certififed by the Association’s attorney and announced the following week.
