Annual Meeting Proxy Cards
All proxy cards are being handled by a third-party vendor, Vote-Now. Owners who have not opted in to receive electronic communications have been mailed a Directed Proxy packet, which also includes the proposed bylaw amendments. The Directed Proxy packets were also emailed to all owners in August.

Annual Meeting Packets
Annual Meeting Packets are being mailed out to property owners next week. Packets include the Annual Meeting Agenda, 2022 Meeting Minutes, Proposed Bylaw Amendments, Overview of Business in 2022, and 2022 Financials. Please be on the lookout for this in the mail.

Proposed Bylaw Amendments

In 2022, five member-proposed bylaw amendments that were presented to the owners for their consideration at the Annual Meeting were not approved.  At that time, the amendments as written were not supported by the Board. However, the Board believed that several of the proposed amendments had merit and agreed to revisit them. With support from legal counsel, six new bylaw amendments were unanimously endorsed by the board for member consideration.  The proposed bylaw amendments will be presented to the membership at this year’s Annual Meeting in October for a member vote.
