Demolition for Property at 1 Dinghy

As you might recall, the home located at 1 Dinghy was extensively damaged last year as the result of a fire. The insurance company recently released the property back to the owner and demolition of the property will commence during the week of May 15. Excluding any unforeseen circumstances, the contractor anticipates that the project will be completed no later than Friday, May 19. Please note that no persons other than authorized contractors are allowed to enter the property at any time. Security will regularly monitor the area during the demolition and any instances of trespassing should be immediately reported to Palmetto Dunes Security and/or the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office. Please expect some traffic delays during this time and we kindly ask that you make notification of this message to any of your guests that might be in the community during the week of May 15. Should there be any updates or modifications to the construction schedule, we will make prompt notification to the community.

At this time there are no immediate plans for redevelopment of the property.
