Board Election Results
The election of directors was held in advance of the Annual Meeting. The election period commenced on September 1st and was open for 30 days. Over 50% of the membership cast a vote by paper ballot, electronically or by phone. The voting was facilitated by a third party, Vote Now.
The results of the board election, which were certified by the Association’s attorney, were announced at the Annual Meeting on Saturday. The three newly elected Directors are Kurt Faires, Bob Talbot, and Chad Terefenko. The three new Directors’ term commences at the October Board meeting. Congratulations Kurt, Bob, and Chad!
