You’ve been hearing a lot about our strategic plan initiative over the past 18 months. Now we’re putting that plan into action! As part of our efforts toward proactive covenant compliance policies, we’ve spent several months reviewing and revising our Resort Regulations. Our rules and associated fines will now be published in one central location, making them clearer and easier to locate for our residents, guests, and vendors. These additions will also assist our staff in providing improved and consistent enforcement. The PDPOA Amended and Restated 2018 Resort Regulations were approved on February 15 by the Board of Directors, and will go into effect April 1, 2018.
