A Message from HHI Fire Rescue

Dear Citizens of Hilton Head Island,

Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue continuously works to achieve the highest level of professionalism and efficiency delivering programs and services to our community. We are currently working on the process of improving our quality of services by establishing a community-driven component to our five year strategic plan update.

The community-driven strategic planning process includes important community feedback and is designed to look at the current expectations and any concerns that the community has regarding Fire Rescue’s service. We are hosting two community stakeholder input sessions to gain a better understanding of community expectations, to identify community concerns that may exist, and to understand the community’s priorities regarding programs and services that we provide. Your feedback from these brief meetings will allow us to evaluate from a broad-based community perspective how we are doing and how we may serve you better. Your participation in one of these sessions is very important to us!
