Bob Sharp - General Manager

Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, Bob graduated from West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bob has been with Greenwood Development Corporation for the past 29 years and has worked at development projects located in Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, Brevard, NC and finally in Hilton Head, SC. Bob and his wife Mary Anne reside in Palmetto Hall and have two children, Alec and Mary Schane. Alec, a Lieutenant with the Columbia, SC police department, is married and has six children, while Mary Schane works at RBC Centura here on Hilton Head.

Andrew Schumacher - Controller

Born and raised in Port Jefferson on Long Island, New York,  Andrew graduated from St. John’s University in New York City with a Bachelor of Science in Business. After graduation in 1994, Andrew left NY to move to Hilton Head to pursue a career in the golf industry. Andrew began working for Greenwood Development at the Arthur Hills Golf Club in October 1994. After six years, Andrew moved to Charleston, SC and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston. Since then, Andrew came back to work with Greenwood Development in the Community Services Division as Assistant General Manager.  Andrew and his wife Jennifer live here on Hilton Head with their son Davis who was born in May  2005, and son Cooper born in June of 2007. Andrew enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach and traveling.

Allan Davis - Chief of Security

 Allan Davis was retained as our Chief of Security on February 1, 2006.  Allan has enjoyed a 20 year distinguished career with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in Swainsboro, Georgia. He was most notably the Task Force Commander for the East Central Georgia Drug Task Force. Allan and his wife Kay have two children, Hunter and Sarah.

Pat Feinberg - Executive ARB Assistant                                                       

Born in Long Island, NY, Pat relocated to Hilton Head in 2005.                    
Pat worked in Human Resources for most of her career. Pat
and her husband Bruce a former teacher have three sons and
a daughter. Pat is an avid beach lover.

Gwen Pryor - Pass Office Manager

Born in Beaufort County and raised in Ridgeland, S.C., Gwen has worked in Palmetto Dunes since March 1993.  She started as an employee of the Hilton Resort and worked at the Fazio Grill.  In May 1999, Gwen started to work for Greenwood Development as a Security Officer.  She has outstanding customer service and public relation skills and leads the dedicated staff at the PD Pass Office.
Gwen and her husband, Richard, have two children.  Richard Jr.(RJ) is 4 and Jada is 3.  Gwens' most important focus is her family.  She also enjoys making jewelries (beading), watching the news (she describes herself as a Fox News fanatic) and basketball.

Karen Fey - Executive Accounting Assistant 

Born in Pittsburgh, PA , Karen relocated to Hilton Head in the fall of 1993. She has worked for both Marriott and Disney Vacation Clubs since coming to the Island and has a strong background in both Customer Service and Accounting.
Karen is single and lives on the Island with her furry children (2 dogs and 2 cats). Hobbies include relaxing on the beach or at the pool, cross stitch and spending time with friends and family.

Pinky Boulware - Facilities Maintenance Manager

Pinky Boulware heads up the PDPOA Property and Facilities Maintenance department.  He supervises and works closely with Mr. Herbert Jenkins.  Between Mr. Boulware and Mr. Jenkins there is a combined experience and work history of over 60 years in Palmetto Dunes.  It has been said that both of these employees know where every irrigation head is located within PD!  This department is responsible for all common areas within Palmetto Dunes as well as our current facilities.

Kelle Hobler- Community Relations Liaison

Born and raised in Minnesota, Kelle attended Gustavus Adolphus College and earned a B.A. in International Management.  She had the opportunity to live, work and play in some very beautiful areas during a seven year finance career with Marriott Vacation Club Int’l which brought her to Hilton Head Island.  She then decided to pursue a career in real estate on the Island.  She worked with RE/MAX Island Realty for three years before joining the team at the PDPOA.  A large part of the Community Relations Liaison position is designed to maintain open and productive communication between the Palmetto Dunes Property Owners and the PDPOA.  Please contact Kelle if you have any suggestions to help improve communication on the website or in any other area.
